Founding memberships

• Before launch: email hello@tryunpauseai.com from the address you used at checkout (or include your receipt) and we'll refund the full amount. No reason needed.
• If we don't launch on time: if Unpause isn't publicly available by December 15, 2026, we'll refund every founding member in full automatically. You don't need to ask.
• After launch: if Unpause doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of launch (or of your first access, whichever is later) for a full refund.
• The founding membership is a one-time payment. Nothing renews automatically.

Subscriptions bought in the app

Apple and Google process in-app payments, so we can't issue those refunds directly.

• iPhone: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Android: request a refund through Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history).

To stop future charges, cancel in your phone's subscription settings. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel the subscription.

Subscriptions bought on our website

• Cancel anytime from the link in your receipt or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it or where we've made a billing mistake.
• If you forgot to cancel a renewal and haven't used Unpause since, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it.

Free trials

Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. The app shows the exact date before you start.

How refunds are paid

Website purchases are sold by Stripe as our reseller, so we issue your refund through Stripe. In some cases Stripe may also refund a purchase directly within 60 days. Refunds go back to the original payment method. We process website refunds within 5 business days of approving them. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show the money.
